I do work with others on a daily basis, but not always the same people. It is not at all an office environment. I go around and call on different doctor's offices, so it takes a while to get to know people. I am seeing the same people only once a month-once every other week.

3. How should someone new to the workforce get a J-O-B like yours? |

If someone wanted to go about getting a job similar to yours, what would you recommend for him or her to do?
Try to find people who are currently in the field and talk to them. If possible, see if you can ride along with them for the day, this will give you a feeling of what the job entails. If you can't get into a Pharmaceuticals sales job, get some B2B sales experience.

They must have very good social and organizational skills. You must be able to portray ideas and be able to comminicate scientific facts.

Do you feel that you need a certain level of education or training to be successful in your job?
College degree is required, I don't know if it should be. People with out a degree would be able to do it, I believe it is just a weeding out tool.

What advice would you give to someone who was about to start work in your position/ line of work?
Work very hard early on with routing, etc. This will lay the base work for being able to be successful in the long run.
