yes. this is a team environment and I enjoy working with them. I get to work from home also which I like in Winters. I prefer to work by myself from home to concentrate on work at times so i have flexibility.

I have 10 years of experience and there is no substitute for that. you have to do your dues, work hard, learn well, show loyalty. Loyalty pays. its better to work for a little less at one place for long to ear that if needed.

Good technical skills, average social and organizational skills.
