Have a background in Medicine, get training, buy equipment and begin teaching.

What advice would you give to someone who was about to start work in your position/ line of work?
Learn as much as you can in medicine and obtain a variety of work experience in critical care areas. Don't expect to make a lot of money doing this, it is more of a community service.
