I begin and complete maintenance on computers for a school district. I complete things such as software and hardware updates, software installations, and other basic computer maintenance. I am a general IT person for the schools that I am in. If someone is having a problem with a computer, they come to me for advice.

People skills - dealing with people who aren't always as knowledgeable about something as yourself can be very difficult but if you are good at it, it will pay off. Technical Skills - You must be able to troubleshoot and solve problems
