Yes I have to interact with employees and cutomers numerous times a day. I really like the interaction with employees as it makes us a tight family and instills trust with each other, Customer interaction I also enjoy, most people are pleasant and I have made many friends that are or used to be customers

We own 5 acres to store and display our vehicles. Our shop also has 3 bays for servicing the vehicles. Our office is connected to the chop. I like that the shop is connected to the offices, it makes it easy to glance in periodically and make sure things are progressing smoothly. The only thing I dislike is hearing power tools all day long when I'm trying to concentrate on my duties.

If someone wanted to go about getting a job similar to yours, what would you recommend for him or her to do?
Have something they are passionate about and find a way to finance and open a business specializing in that passion. Commitment is the one thing that anyone needs to make a business successful.

A person should be committed, passionate, social skills are very important and the way to keep customers coming back. Organizational skills are also important and make for a structured, more stable business.

education comes in many forms and doesnt always have to come from an institution, life training is as important as business training to be successful

Make sure your confidence is high, even when you have doubts. Listen to those around you, pay attention to all of the little things that may help your position. Being intuative and listening to your gut will also help you be successful.
