3. How should someone new to the workforce get a J-O-B like yours? |

If someone wanted to go about getting a job similar to yours, what would you recommend for him or her to do?
First you need to find something you enjoy creatng and there is a market for then practice, practice, practice so you can be competitive with your product. Read and learn everything you can about marketing and be prepared to work very hard.

skills, organization skills, technical skills)
You will need to have a litte talent and a huge desire to succeed. You muct also be self-motivated and organized. Working from home can be hard sotimes because it is very easy to be distracted. You must set aside time and maybe even a room for yourself to work uninterrupted. It is very important that you are not distracted when creating as you will need all your focus on the piece you are creating.

no - just a little talent and a desire to succeed.

What advice would you give to someone who was about to start work in your position/ line of work?
Do your research first and then prepare your self to be poor for the first few years. Remember with every piece you are building your reputation.
