If someone wanted to go about getting a job similar to yours, what would you recommend for him or her to do?

I would recommend that they do some research online to see what positions are available. The company that I work for is not a large company so there are not any positions available right now. If there were open positions, then I would recommend that they come in and fill out an application.

I feel that you need to have an intermediate knowledge of computers and computer programs such as word, excel, quickbooks and such. Also, must be familiar with basic admin duties.

What advice would you give to someone who was about to start work in your position/ line of work?

I would advise them to pay attention and take notes while training. I think it's important because at my job, I can't be constantly asking people questions because they also have work to do.
