get a business degree and/or some experience in the music/radio industry. then get really really lucky

good at multi tasking, good at communicating, and most imporatntly be able to be creative each and every day.

yes. i can't imagine someone doing this job without basic computer/email skills

be ready for a lot of long weeks and working weekends. if you have a loved one/significant other who isn't going to like that you travel for work, then you're already in trouble.
