If someone wanted to go about getting a job similar to yours, what would you recommend for him or her to do?
I would tell the person to go to a career counselor. This way you are sure that you are well suited for the position. Being an executive assistant means you need to be able to adapt to whatever task is given to you.

The person needs to be organized and be able to take on multiple tasks. There are many days when the person will have more than one project that needs to be done.
