3. How should someone new to the workforce get a J-O-B like yours? |

If someone wanted to go about getting a job similar to yours, what would you recommend for him or her to do?
Get an internship, ask around at local Silkscreeners. An interest and passion for arts and printmaking/silkscreening. College not necessary.

position like yours? Please be specific and explain why (e.g., social
skills, organization skills, technical skills)
It really depends. I don't interact with customers very often, but when I do I need to use social skills in order to make a sale and make everyone feel comfortable about our work.

Get a second job, the hours vary wildly.
