3. How should someone new to the workforce get a J-O-B like yours?

If someone wanted to go about getting a job similar to yours, what would you recommend for him or her to do?

Be prepared for the interview: Simple things first, don't take drugs or show up looking like garbage. Represent yourself and sell yourself, make it clear you want the job, but they should also want YOU.

What skills do you think a person should have if they want to pursue a position like yours? Please be specific and explain why (e.g., social skills, organization skills, technical skills)

Ability to work in a team, ability to handle multiple tasks at once, customer service skills very important, and attention to detail is absolutely necessary.

Do you feel that you need a certain level of education or training to be successful in your job?

It helps, but the job can be "learned by doing"-it's how I learned.

What advice would you give to someone who was about to start work in your position/ line of work?

Don't try to learn everything at once; get a handle on a few tasks and products, know them, then move onto others, and always always ALWAYS be willing to ask if you don't know something.
