Computer software: in today's business, especially in the corporate world, nothing is more vital than being up to date with the latest software used to function (ie Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook); Internet Savvy, and most importantly customer service mentality, always be willing to serve others with the best you can offer not only to the customers/clients but to your colleagues as well. Organization helps reduce stress and being able to simplify jobs in order to focus on big projects will give you the confidence to achieve efficiently.
