School corporation consisting of 14 elementary schools, 3 middle schools, and 2 high schools. Employs 2,000+ individuals.

I am responsible for the care of 18-24, 5 years in a classroom all day by myself. I must take them to recess, lunch, and any other special class. If they throw up or wet themselves I must clean it up.

I work daily with other teachers, mainly the other 5 at my grade level. This can be stressful at times. Conflict often arises and it is often best to just stay in your own room.

Pray! There are just too many teachers in the area that everyone fights over one position. If you don't get the first or second job you apply for don't give up or stop beliving in your abilities.

Love for children should be number #1. Flexibility is also a must as well as organization.
