If someone wanted to go about getting a job similar to yours, what would you recommend for him or her to do?
I would recommend that they go back to college and earn their degree so they can come to this company and be my boss.

I think you have to be detail and task oriented. Willing to learn new things and devote 100% to doing your job well.

I would suggest that they "play nice". Keep all comments about others to their self because it will come back to the person they were talking about.
