To be a qualified teacher you must take early eductaion classes, so I would reccomend doing that. To be a teacher's aide you don't need as much education, but you need experience. Experience with children is the most important thing.

Patience - you need it with children! Responsibility - taking care of children is serious, you need to be responsible. Fun and nice - children respond better to niceness than yelling and such.

|

Working with children everyday is hard, but rewarding. Sometimes you need to take a breather and that's okay. Teaching children is the most important job a person can do, so make sure you love what you do.
