3. How should someone new to the workforce get a J-O-B like yours? |

If someone wanted to go about getting a job similar to yours, what would you recommend for him or her to do?
Prepare yourself first with educational background, then without waiting for a better job, start with any design job. Remember no design job is a small job or not worthy job. Always look for new opportunities in and around your community. Look for design jobs in your local school, muesum, library. Approch different business people and offer them for logo design, brocher design. Try for real world experience. Dont ust waste time in piling up mock up portfolio. Real world desgn experience are more important in landing up a job like me.

Hand drawing, painting, creative skills, any range of design software, advance expertise of Photoshop, Abobe Illustrator, Quark Express and knowledge of similar software.

Do you feel that you need a certain level of education or training to be successful in your job?
Yes. Any design course offered by any college will be additional to landup in a successful design job

What advice would you give to someone who was about to start work in your position/ line of work?
Be sincere in the job. Try to be more creative. Portfolio is the most important think in this industry. Get a good eye and good feel for colors. Any design is a creation, there is nothing called bad design. Its a form of your creativity. Just collect your thought and ideas and have an idea of the outcome before even you start a project. Planning is the most important aspect in design indistry. Approch with positive and upbeat attitude.
