If someone wanted to go about getting a job similar to yours, what would you recommend for him or her to do?
I would recommend to do to finish at least first year of Respiratory Therapy program. because that is the minimum requirement of this job.

be a people person, have healthcare background (if possible), like be around ill and unhappy people.

be able to walk around all day and sometimes it can be busy where you won't get a break to eat. so get ready to do lot work.
