I provide support for the housing management division. This includes communicating with all property managers at remote locations, coordinating services with our accounting firm, providing information about our organization and referrals to services to outside callers, and planning an annual event for over 200 people.

Attention to detail is vital, as well as being fluent in common software programs (MS Word, Excel, Outlook). Being able to interface with others in a productive manner is necessary.

Yes, basic office skills are required and previous computer training is a must.

Be organized! Have a daily to do list, but also be flexible as it is necessary, because you will always be needed to help out with something you didn't plan on.
