Currently AIMS has nearly 400 employees and 44 clients. The majority of employees work at the 50,000 sq. ft. facility in Collierville, Tennessee, with the remainder in Europe, Chicago, Denver, and North Carolina. At the current growth rate, AIMS anticipates having as many as 500 employees and over 60 clients by 2008. This team performs all functions from mail receipt, data entry, pre-audit, coding, and payment as well as customer service. Lead by an account manager, the team concept eliminates job stagnation, produces knowledgeable employees, drastically reduces turnover, enables better communication, and increases customer service for clients and their carriers.
