Guest Service Skills are #1 as we are secret shoppeed every week to make sure we are doing our job correctly. If you do bad with a shopper I have seen people get fired just for that. You have to be pretty in shape as well... Run probably 3 miles a day back and forth to the Valet parking lot.

Don't hold back your personality as that will help you out in the tips department. Be as energetic and as outgoing as possible and you will do fine. Also don't go in thinking you're not going to bee working hard, because you WILL go home sore your first week.
