provide excellent customer service to the tennants. responsible for collecting rent, and evictions. responsible for marketing a tennant complaints.

I work in a leasing office the only thing that i dont like is that it is 35 miles from my home i would like to be closer.

3. How should someone new to the workforce get a J-O-B like yours?

  If someone wanted to go about getting a job similar to yours, what would you recommend for him or her to do?

I would tell them to start out slow to get a job in the hotel industry first so that they can get use to dealing with them. Next i would tell them that dont expect to make good money over night most lc's start out at nine dollars an hour plus commission. I would advise them to start out part time and then switch to full time then work their way up.

  What skills do you think a person should have if they want to pursue a position like yours? Please be specific and explain why (e.g., social skills, organization skills, technical skills)

Very good social skills and time management skills. Knowing how to get the sale and close the deal is also crucial.

  Do you feel that you need a certain level of education or training to be successful in your job?

  What advice would you give to someone who was about to start work in your position/ line of work?

Dont expect to much you have to be willing to go above and beyond but get little recognition. Most people in my field are just doing this as they pass time to become a real estate agent.
