3. How should someone new to the workforce get a J-O-B like yours?

If someone wanted to go about getting a job similar to yours, what would you recommend for him or her to do?

I would recommend him/her get a degree then start figuring out what they want--do they want to develop in java? c? what interests them. then go and apply--if there is a company--specific company then call them up--the challenge is that you get your foot in the door then you try and work your way up to where you want to be.

yes---a degree so that it shows that you can do something from beginning to end--as well as programming languages

What advice would you give to someone who was about to start work in your position/ line of work?

I would say--find out what you want to do and if it's development--then stick to it and also don't be timid..always try and be inventive and creative
