Go to the Local office and stand in line on a recruiting day to fill out an application. Only way there is.

reliably and punctuality are key; next is competency... nothing worse than someone standing around needing constant direction. Finally, since we're working with the same people for up to 17 hours a day every day, a good personality makes life easier for everyone.
