If someone wanted to go about getting a job similar to yours, what would you recommend for him or her to do?
Go to school. It is also possible to intern.

Must be creative and have good communication skills. They should have computer skills and be an expert with design software (Adobe Products).

My advice would be to study graphic design and get an intern possition if possible.
