I do work with others on a daily basis. I enjoy working with others because it allows me to understand other points of view and to take that into consideration when making a final decision. Also, it allows all team members to have a say in the projects.

My work location is an office. I do not dislike working in an office setting. I like the proximity to my home. I like the location of the office itself(downtown). The commute is very accessible, whether by car, train or bus.

If someone wanted to go about getting a job similar to yours, what would you recommend for him or her to do?
Go through medical or pharmacy school or have a PhD. And definitely have an interest in business.

skills do you think a person should have if they want to pursue a
position like yours? Please be specific and explain why (e.g., social
skills, organization skills, technical skills)
Excellent communication skills are a must. Writing skills are also quite important, because you will be communicating high-level science into easily understandable programs. A business accumen is also highly desirable in order to intereact with marketing teams and other clients.

Yes. A minimum of an MD, PharmD, or PhD

What advice would you give to someone who was about to start work in your position/ line of work?
Work hard. Give a 110%. Long days are sometimes a must, and at times you sacrifice time with your family, so always make sure that your sacrifice is at least worth it!
