3. How should someone new to the workforce get a J-O-B like yours? |

If someone wanted to go about getting a job similar to yours, what would you recommend for him or her to do?
Get a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences. First I would make sure that I am cut out to do this kind of work. Very good job for analytical person. If you like being around people, be a nurse instead.

Highly technical skills. The ability to multi-task. Very strong organizational skills. Be able to think on your feet. Be very detail oriented.

You must have at least an Associate's degree to work as a technologist/technician.
