I like to work with superior positions because you can learn a lot from them and they are usualy interesting people. I do not enjoy collaborating with people on my level, because they are usually anoyed and not willing to do an additional step, if something new/special is needed.

it is a office in the basement which I share with 4 other people. We have a huge table in the middle of the room, we face each other. Our office was originaly a conference room, so it is rather big but not suited to be an office. There is a kitchionette nearby with drinks and food available. We have a printer and a copy machine in our office.

3. How should someone new to the workforce get a J-O-B like yours?

  If someone wanted to go about getting a job similar to yours, what would you recommend for him or her to do?

I would recommend him to contact the HR department of some huge company. In case that the person is not fluent in one and/or more foreign languages, she/he should start studying first. Crucial is also the computer literacy, together with the willingness to stay over hours and be ready to "assist" the team with all kinds of special requests (buying flowers for girlfriends, making doctor's appointment, etc.)

  What skills do you think a person should have if they want to pursue a position like yours? Please be specific and explain why (e.g., social skills, organization skills, technical skills)

time management - to optimize where when who from the team should be; people skills - to be able to force people into doing what they dont want to/ dont have to do; foreign languages - team members are foreigners, preferr to communicate in their local language; computer literacy - emailing, writing reports..

yes - college, preferrably higher

  What advice would you give to someone who was about to start work in your position/ line of work?

learn how to say "no" and "I am going home"
