If someone wanted to go about getting a job similar to yours, what would you recommend for him or her to do?
At the minimum they would need to have an associates degree in an information technology field with at least a 3.25 GPA.

The need to be detail oriented with strong technical skills. People/customer service skills are also a must as we deal with people all day long.
