I enjoy working with others, and while there are few projects that really require much interaction, all of the employees do socialize during the day.

Office space in a large, older building. I like the proximity from my home. The office is clean and nicely furnished. The building is nice.

I would advise them to call all the similar firms in the area.

They should have excellent typing skills. Speed and accuracy are important. Good customer service skills are also a must.

  Do you feel that you need a certain level of education or training to be successful in your job?

No.

  What advice would you give to someone who was about to start work in your position/ line of work?

Have fun, be courteous to people on the phone even when they don't seem deserving of it.
