3. How should someone new to the workforce get a J-O-B like yours? |
|
If someone wanted to go about getting a job similar to yours, what would you recommend for him or her to do?
They need to start by being a new crew member and learn how to operate all the machinery and perform the duties required. They would need to learn how to deal with customer and with other employees well. When they are proficient at the above they would be able to move into a crew leader position when available.

skills do you think a person should have if they want to pursue a
position like yours? Please be specific and explain why (e.g., social

Good social skill to deal with customers and other employees, a good work ethic and be able to deal with working in all kinds of weather conditions. They need to feel comfortable working with machinery and be able to repair machinery.
