Show your abilities up front. Don't hide your skills! Be outgoing and show that you are a leader! It is very important to show this because they are always looking for new ideas. If you have ideas share them

  What skills do you think a person should have if they want to pursue a position like yours? Please be specific and explain why (e.g., social skills, organization skills, technical skills)

Time managment. There are deadlines and they need to be met. Great customer service skills because you are working with the public. Also, show that you are a problem solver! We have a lot of customers come in very stressed becasue they had to move out of their apt. quickly or what ever problems they have! You need to be quick and know your job

Not really . Computer skills and great customer service

  What advice would you give to someone who was about to start work in your position/ line of work?

Dont stress out!! Take your time and listen to who ever is trainning to you! Take notes
