3. How should someone new to the workforce get a J-O-B like yours? |

If someone wanted to go about getting a job similar to yours, what would you recommend for him or her to do?
Apply to any position you feel qualified for and don't give up. Try temp agencies, contract positions, interning, and any others to at least let you get your foot in the door. Everything else will be up to your performance.

You need to be able to concisely explain what you observed during a test, be able to complete your projects in a timely manner.

yes you should have formal education, at least an Associate's degree

What advice would you give to someone who was about to start work in your position/ line of work?
Ask plenty of questions if you are unsure, it never hurts to double check yourself since you are new to the company. That way, at least they know that you want to be certain of what you are doing.
