I am the manager of the IT department, supervising one full time employee at out headquarters location as well as one part timer at each remote location. I also administer our business system server and software as well as manage most interaction between vendors and users. I am responsible for all EDI communication as well.

Programming

On my current projects, I manage deferred revenue for acquisitions. Basically, it's bringing in the acquired company's deferred revenue into our accounting and finance systems.

coordinate for the int'l dept, new projects, hire new employees

I manage the daily operations of our Continuing Education division. This includes a $500K budget, staffing of instructors/part-time faculty, accountin functionss, and am also the program coordinator for all online courses.
