I do presentations in the community to ensure education on workforce development for a person with disability. I provide training to one stop center staff and community agencies.

I coordinate all aspects of the Annual Consumer Conference as well as coordinating and running events for task forces and committees within the Consumer Involvement program. I write articles for the Consumer's Voice newsletter and participate in various disability-related statewide events.

I work for a clinical psychology professor managing an NIMH grant that she is currently using to conduct research about sexual revictimization. I monitor scheduling of other researchers, data collected, as well as communicating with all participants at 5 separate follow-up time-points. I also manage the software used to collect the data, as well as biological samples. There are currently 400 participants, and the grant aims to recruit 600 additional participants.

I assist faculty in my division with submission of grant applications. I handle all pre award and post award functions as well as the fiscal monitoring of the grant throughout its life. I prepare projections and assist with progress reports and final reports to sponsors. I also assist in setting up consultant agreements and subcontracts.

Hire and fire, customer service and PR, billing and accounting, I oversee the day to day operations and make all decisions concerning spending and hiring contractors. I am responsible for every aspect of the business as if it was my own business.
