GENERAL TERMS

• A one year listing in our "Career Counselor Directory" is $35.00. A one year listing in our "Career Resource Directory" is $75.00.  Payments will only be accepted via PayPal.
• To be included in our “Sponsored Listings” sections please choose the second option of $70.00 for one-year inclusion at payment for the "Career Counselor Directory" and $150 for the "Career Resource Directory."
• Once registered you will also have the ability to submit original articles that will be featured on our Blog , Examiner column and our Twitter feed to over 6,000 followers once registered. If you submitting as a counselor and not a career resource and your article is picked you will receive the second year in our directory free. We are now accepting submissions. Please email your article and short biography to Directory@TheCareerProject.org with the subject "Article Submission."  
• Those who enroll are certifying that they are licensed and/or accredited career counselors, therapists, Graduate candidates, or life coaches int heir state. Please list your accreditation in the "Licensure" field.
  

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

• The Career Project “Career Counselor Directory” is owned and operated by The 13^th Grade, LLC.
• BY COMPLETING THE SERVICE REGISTRATION FORM AND CLICKING THE "REGISTER" BUTTON, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU AGREE TO PROVIDE TRUE AND ACCURATE INFORMATION AS PROMPTED BY THE REGISTRATION FORM, AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.
• The Career Project reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove all or part of the Agreement at any time with or without notice. Please refer back to this Agreement often.

DESCRIPTION OF THE CAREER PROJECT “CAREER COUNSELOR DIRECTORY “SUBMIT SERVICE

• Directory is a fee-based service that allows you to pay for a one-year entry for possible inclusion in the “Career Counselor directory.” Inclusion in the Directory is dependent upon a completed and accurate entry.
• If you submit an incomplete entry or an entry that has major grammatical errors or broken links, you will be 100% refunded.
• In order for The 13^th Grade, LLC to consider your entry for inclusion in the Directory, you must submit a valid payment via PayPal. This payment is NON-REFUNDABLE if your entry is approved.
• The 13^th Grade, LLC reserves the right to remove your entry from the Directory for any reason, in our sole discretion, including but not limited to failure to meet the minimum criteria.
